Nearby, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, including world-class fishing, zip lines, ATV tours, scuba, snorkeling (3 minutes down on our beach), turtle tours, and howler monkey sightings often right in our backyard.

Scarlet Macaws fly through the area, and walking trails abound, as well as a large network of mountain bike trails throughout the development. The iconic surf town of Tamarindo is 15-20 minutes away, offering outstanding dining, cafes, eco-tours, and shops. The JW Marriott and the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club are also part of the facilities of this high-end community.

La Dulce Vida is a low-density community with private security 24/7, water wells and tanks, first-world infrastructure, and is located between the golf course and a protected forest area, with the beach on the west side of the community.
