This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home is ideal for families or larger groups. It is centrally situated in Palm Beach Estates, within walking distance to the beach, surf spots, restaurants, a coffee shop, a surf shop, and a small convenience store.

Upon entering, you step into a bright and airy living room and interior dining area. This space offers plenty of room to relax, read, play games, watch TV, or take a nap. Large sliding glass doors connect the living area to the outdoor patio and pool.

Adjacent to the living room is a modern kitchen featuring ample pantry space and all essential appliances, including a double-door refrigerator, stovetop, built-in convection oven, coffee maker, blender, and rice cooker. The countertops have recently been refinished to enhance and update the kitchen.

Next to the kitchen is a cozy family room with a comfortable sofa and another TV. This room also opens to the outdoor patio and pool through sliding glass doors.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for all guests.

• Third bedroom (children's room): Bunk bed with a queen-sized bottom and single top mattress, comfortable bedding, and an air conditioning wall unit. The ensuite bathroom features a stand-up shower.
• Fourth bedroom (detached from the main house): Queen and single beds with comfortable mattresses and bedding, ample closet space, and an air conditioning wall unit. The ensuite bathroom includes a stand-up shower.

The laundry room, also detached from the main house, contains an automatic washer and dryer, along with storage space for surfboards and outdoor beach gear.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property except for the garage and one locked room.

Location

The property is situated in Playa Grande, specifically in the southern area known as Palm Beach Estates. This charming, small community emphasizes nature preservation, so you can expect to see local wildlife such as coatis, howler monkeys, and iguanas.

Palm Beach Estates is a peaceful and quiet area, favored by both residents and wildlife. The entire neighborhood loop can be walked in about 12 minutes. Nearby amenities include four restaurants, a coffee shop, a surf shop, and a small convenience store.

Tamarindo is approximately a 10-minute walk away or a short boat ride across the estuary. Note that crossing the estuary on foot is not recommended for safety reasons and is only accessible by boat during the day.
