Close enough to town to enjoy everything downtown Cabo has to offer yet far enough away for peacefulness and relaxation. The space The living room has comfortable seating with a 55-inch Smart TV to play several streaming options. Two sliding patio doors to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor living together. There is a custom-made water pong table built into the wall for your enjoyment. The patio is covered with 1 umbrellas. There is a comfortable couch, 2 chaise lounge chairs and a table for 6. Also, a propane BBQ for grilling. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and TV's with Netflix available for your subscription. Have family meals around the solid wood table seating 6. The kitchen has a full-size fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans and almost every utensil needed. The Portofino complex has filtered water, and we also added an additional filter directly for our condo. We regularly drink the water and ice with no issues. Great location, just a walk or a short Uber ride from downtown but far enough to be quiet.

This place was great. Well located within Pedegral to walk to everything. Three well sized bedrooms mad it super comfortable for my family of 4. Cute place with a nice view a friendly local host that was proactive with. Lear instructions on how to get in. Would definitely stay here again and for longer than the 2 nights we did before moving down the coast to the Hilton Grand Vacation Club. Definitely worth the price and a great place if staying in Cabo.

An absolute gem! The locals told us this place was where celebrities lived, and whether it was true or not, we certainly felt like celebrities. Just a gorgeous place, setting, close enough to all the action yet far enough away that you can hear the birds chirp in the morning.

We loved Jennifer’s place. The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed to just kick back relax and enjoy Cabo. It was about a 15 walk to downtown and beach. We used Uber back from town on groceries days and it was only $5 US. Jennifer is a wonderful host! She is so accommodating and such a caring person. She responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We have only been back a day and we already miss the balcony. We spent every morning on the balcony having coffee and the evenings enjoying dinner, drinks and the City lights. The view is fabulous! Most evenings during the month (April) we were treated to evening fireworks in the distance which was an added bonus. The pools and grounds are lovely. Can’t wait to return someday. Thank you, Jen!

Truly so beautiful. Went for my bachelors party with my 4 friends/groomsmen and had an incredible time. Worth it for the price and Jennifer is an excellent host.

We had a great stay, the condo was just as described, appreciated  the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, beds were very comfortable and being able to drink the water from the tap was also great. We also enjoyed the heated pools and there was always loungers available we usually had the pool to ourselves. Jennifer is the perfect host can’t wait to go back next

Highly recommend staying at Jennifer’s place! The location is very central and close to downtown. It’s in a safe gated community in Pedregal and the rooms are very spacious. Beautiful apartment and a steal for the price. Additionally, Jennifer is a kind and generous person. My friend had a very bad foot infection which unfortunately required us to end our stay earlier than expected. Jennifer modified the reservation for us without hesitation and I could not be more thankful! Thank you again!

We recently stayed at this fantastic Airbnb and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. What stood out the most was how well-equipped the place was for a beach vacation. The hosts thoughtfully provided everything we could need, from beach chairs and umbrellas to towels and even a cooler. It made our beach days stress-free and enjoyable. Inside, the home was cozy and comfortable, with all the everyday necessities covered. The living space was inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, this Airbnb was the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

This was our first experience using an Airbnb and we couldn't have found a better place or host!  I looked at so many places and this one stood out and we are so grateful we chose it.  It is close enough to restaurants and the marina/beach but far enough that you can escape to the quiet on the hill!  The terrace gets sunshine all day so you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and dinner at night.  The pools were never busy and you didn't have to wake early to reserve a chair like at an all inclusive.  Most of the time my boys had the pools to themselves.  The residents that we spoke to were all lovely.  The unit itself is immaculate.  We appreciated having the Tommy Bahama chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and even a cooler bag all provided.  The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed as well.  There wasn't one time I thought "oh I wish they had this..." because they had everything.  It was a fantastic stay. We had a wonderful stay. Quiet, clean, safe and nice size space. Felt very at-home here. Everything was with in walking distance and the view was beautiful. If you are a pool fanatic, you will need to get there early before others get there. There wasn’t a lot of loungers at both pools plus you’ll need to take advantage of the sun before it goes behind the buildings around noon. If not, the patio is plenty big to sun bathe all hours of the day and do much more. Prefect size for a family of 4-6.

Everything was wonderful, very tidy and clean, the place was rented for 6 seniors and was very enjoyed, Jennifer is an excellent host, we appreciate your attention and hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay without our family of four at this property. It was just as great as the  photos suggested! Key to our stay was separate bedrooms for our teenaged kids, but the unit could easily accommodate six. Past reviews had painted an accurate description of the 15 minute walk down into town and the more arduous walk back up the hill. We consistently walked both ways unless we had beach gear or groceries. The kitchen is small to work in, but well equipped. The deck is huge, with great views. We were happy to have such walkable access to town, the marina, and Medano Beach without being in the middle of everything. The unit comes with two beach chairs, soft and hard sided coolers, an beach umbrella, and a large collections of floats. The property also has two pools with several lounge chairs and tables with more great views. It was the perfect location for our holiday!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifers place.  It was clean, close enough to the city, and safe!  We had access to two pools and had plenty of privacy.  It was also nice to know that there was a guard at the main gate 24 hours.  You can def walk to the city but it's best to just take an Uber which is like $5-8.  Looking back we had a few other options to stay at during this trip, but we are so glad we stayed at Jenns place again!  Look no further!

Great place, we had a small issue with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms the first night and they were very responsive and sorted it out the next day without problem. The place is in a great location, the pools were very nice and always empty. Clean and fun. Overall really good.

SPECTACULAR!! The condo is exactly as described and more......the view is one of the best things, I think. The walk to the hub of town and back was a highlight of our day....we just chalked the uphill return to burning more calories so we could have dessert ;) We were a family of 4 with a 12 year old and he loved the 2 pools. The space was nicely decorated and very cosy. The "extra" details like supplying beach chairs, umbrella and other must haves at the beach were a bonus!! We would definitely stay again if we ever head back to Cabo.....thanks Jennifer!!

Great house, everything was super clean and the view from the balcony was nice. We walked almost everywhere and it was only about 15-20 min walk to everything but annoying big hill coming back to house. Safe area and house had no issues what so ever. Overall great location and house, very happy with the stay! :)

Wow! Jen's place was incredible for my family of 5. We had plenty of space in her  condo oasis. There's everything you need including beach and pool essentials to borrow. Our kids were teenagers so we walked everywhere because of the great location. Tasty eats everywhere and close by. Very comfortable beds and lounge furniture. Jen was very responsive and accommodating. Super sad to leave her place. We all loved her Cabo getaway.  Highly recommended!!

Host was very responsive. Unit was exactly as described. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with supplies. Appreciated the beach/pool supplies and blankets. Met wonderful tenants within the resort who were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. Location was perfect, 10-15 min walk down to the marina area. $4-5 Uber back up the hill.  Would definitely stay again.

Me and my friends stayed here for a few nights felt comfortable and safe (mostly all girls)! They have a security guard in the front, very nice staff, they will order you a taxi if needed. Downtown is a few minutes away but walking can be a hassle as the condo is in a hill. Uber is available for 4-6 dollars and taxis charge 15-20 dollars. Airbnb is spacious and has a beautiful view of the city. There is a full accessible kitchen, I would recommend to stock up on snacks/food/water at Walmart or costco. Manager and owner are very hospitable and answer any questions or concerns right away. Would definitely recommend for you to book at Portofino condos!!

Overall, the condo was as described: large enough for the six of us; well appointed; and very clean. The complex (grounds and pool) are nicely maintained. It’s approximately a 15 minute walk to the closest beach. Our only negative feedback would be the area is extremely noisy: wild, barking dogs constantly in neighborhood below complex; the patio faces the main road, which has constant traffic and lots of large trucks. Area by the outdoor pool was quieter. Jen was a very responsive host and answered all our questions before our arrival. Thank you!

We spent 7 days at this spot, and we absolutely loved it. The location was perfect for us. We walked down to the marina everyday, and on a couple nights did take an Uber up due to the steepness of the hill where condo is located. I have nothing bad to say about this spot.

This place was perfect for our stay. We each had our own king bed with a large closet and plenty of beach/pool accessories. We made breakfast at the bnb from items at the farmers market just down the way however there was a few restaurants nearby but most were closed during our time here. It was about a 15 min walk (100% up/downhill) to downtown area which wasn’t bad until you were doing it multiple times a day or with jugs of water. Overall we made everything work and was very happy with the space!

This is a great house, very big and perfect for a chill vacation. A little farther from the marina and beach than we originally thought, but Ubers were super easy to get and very cheap. Had a great patio for meals and hanging out. Overall great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Cabo!

Jennifer's place was amazing - better than advertised. It was very close to town and the mornings/sunrise view is amazing and the pool scene was quiet and peaceful. Check in/out was easy and seamless and I would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable climate controlled place, but meant for families or non-party people that just need a quiet place to sleep. $400-$5000 fines if you break 10pm noice curfew or invite friends over! No refunds unless 30 days in advance. So read all the house rules and refund policy before booking. Other than that it was a very nice and peaceful place to stay!

We loved our stay at Jennifer’s place. She had everything we needed. It was safe, short Uber drive to main attractions, and had all the amenities we needed as a family. I would definitely stay there again! Great communication with Jennifer, the property manager, and security. Everyone was super friendly.

We thought Jennifer was going to be a great host, that turned out differently. I literally asked 3 questions… how to get hot water, how to set the air conditioner, and the check out instructions as she had NONE. (Normal host would have left notes on this…)We are assured to “just ask” anything you need to know….Then the text came…”OUT BY 3:00 pm or you will be escorted out!!” I have the text messages to verify ALL of this! After we arrived home she tried getting $100 out of me to fix BOTH shade umbrellas! We only used 1 and she said BOTH were broken! The one we used worked fine! Don’t rent here!! She scared me honestly and threatened me! Again, text messages to prove it!! P. S I did text the condo manager about very loud guests below us… as you are told there are fines for behavior like that… she was VERY MAD about that and said” don’t you know EVERYBODY parties in Cabo” get over it. She was very rude and demeaning!!!!! Per her comments to me prior to booking it is an extremely quiet area!!! No loud parties allowed!!! AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM HER!!!!!!
