Overview
Pura Vida and welcome to Casa Cenizaro, an open-concept vacation home situated just a short walk from the beach. Named after the iconic Cenizaro rain trees on the property, the home showcases exceptional craftsmanship. These trees were thoughtfully preserved during the design and construction, providing a peaceful retreat for both guests and nature.
The Space
The kitchen is a highlight for those who enjoy cooking, featuring:

- An open layout overlooking the pool and gardens
High vaulted ceilings and large sliding glass doors fully open to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living areas, flooding the space with natural light.
The home includes four private bedrooms, each with its own terrace for a cozy and intimate feel. There are three and a half bathrooms serving the bedrooms. Additionally, a quiet room offers a flexible space ideal for a home office or a relaxing reading nook.
Location
Casa Cenizaro is located in the surfside community of Playa Portero, which offers several restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within walking distance. Playa Portero lies between Flamingo and Potrero, along a scenic beach drive with easy access to Tamarindo to the south and Playas del Coco to the north.
The property is less than one hour from Liberia International Airport (LIR). Other conveniences such as pharmacies, medical clinics, banks, and shopping centers are all a short drive away.

Spacious and very nice house. As described and as shown in pictures. Would be great for a couple families staying together. Could use some pictures/ art and rugs to make it feel more comfortable, but that’s just personal preference. Be sure to bring any cooking oil, salt and pepper, sugar, and coffee as none are provided.

Just finished up my stay and what can I say about this place. Beautiful home, great layout, all the amenities in the kitchen. The pool was amazing and the grill added the extra touch we were looking for. Do yourself a favor a gather some friends and head over to this place. Enjoy!

House is beautiful and as described. Host was responsive and provided information as requested. Kitchen and living room areas spacious. Bedrooms as described. Pool was nice for relaxation. Area was monitored by security cameras and felt safe. Surrounding roads by home were not paved. Renting a van to get around was a plus.

The place was beautiful the layout had me and my group in Awe, the host was very responsive , he would text back immediately and was able to solve any issue promptly it was almost like he slept with the phone in his hand I could not have asked for a more beautiful place and responsive host

Mi familia de seis personas disfrutó al máximo su estancia en tan magnífico lugar. Nos sentimos seguros, cómodos y con absolutamente todo lo necesario para que nuestras cuatro noches y 5 días fueran inolvidables. La ubicación nos permitió conocer Las Catalinas, Playa Danta, Playa Potrero, Playa Brasilito, Playa Flamingo y Conchal. Nunca tuvimos que desplazarnos más de 25 minutos en carro lo cual nos pareció fantástico . Recomendamos con toda tranquilidad este hermoso lugar.

We loved staying here! As a morning person, I loved being able to wake up naturally with the light through the windows, walking outside to see much of the local wildlife. The home is very clean and minimalist, which we loved since this was a family vacation. However, it also had everything needed for the caterers, beach gear, and other things we've found a lot of other homes to be missing. The host was very responsive and communicated with us regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. And, when we had to change our plans, he worked with us to make sure everything progressed smoothly. I highly recommend this home and this host!
