Each bedroom has a patio. 1st bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with a desk/office chair/2nd monitor set-up/backup battery. The kitchen and living room are open concept with a large island and barstool seating. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen as well as a dishwasher. Each room has air conditioning and there is hot water. There are two large sliding doors that open onto an outdoor livng room and outdoor kitchen with BBQ and sink. There is an outdoor shower and above ground pool with deck and lounger. There is a playset for kids. Guest access Full access to the entire property. The shed is locked with personal items as is the storage space under the pool. Other things to note We have left a storage bin by the pool with pool toys, beach toys, a beach tent and chairs
