• Street parking is available but not recommended due to past theft incidents. Secure parking lots are located three blocks away and are affordable. Please inquire for details.
• Electricity and water outages can occur but are usually brief. The water cistern ensures continuous water supply during interruptions.
• The pool is 6 feet deep and unfenced; caution is advised, especially with children.
• To conserve electricity, please turn off air conditioning units and fans when not in use.
• Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs, particularly during Christmas and Semana Santa.

Guest Access

Guests receive an electronic door lock code two hours before check-in. Pool maintenance occurs twice weekly on Monday and Thursday mornings. Weekly maid service is provided for longer stays.
