Our spacious, 1600 sq/ft 3-bedroom condo is great for families! Located in the coveted Sunrise Condos gated community in the center of Tamarindo. the condo is central and walkable to everything. Sunrise boasts a beautiful pool with a giant waterfall, great for kids, and the complex is located directly across the street from the beach. The condo has everything: washer/dryer, central air, patio, elevator, wifi, & cable TV. Sunrise is very quiet. You will not hear street noise like other buildings. The space Sunrise 31 has 3 bedrooms: king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the middle bedroom, and 3 twin beds in the third kids bedroom. (Current photos only show 2 twins). We have 4 TV’s. There is a TV with a Roku + access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. in every bedroom and also one in the living room. The condo is very spacious, 1500 square feet, and has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 full bathrooms, 2 balconies, and a laundry room with washer & dryer. A family of about 20 monkeys lives on the property in backyard and in the surrounding trees!! We see them every day. Other things to note Sunrise 31 is located directly across from the ocean. The ocean view is in the master bedroom. Everything is within walking distance from Sunrise Condos. We have one parking space #31 if you decide to rent a car.
