It was amazing she even gives out many adventures as well as a tour of the location. Responds very fast and there is someone on duty at the desk.

My go to stay in San Pedro, this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's clean, has great amenities and is walkable to center of town. The staff consistently exceeds expectations and provides 5 star service. If you have the opportunity to stay here don't miss out!

I had a great stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a minor issue with the room and they were quick to resolve it. They gave me the option to switch rooms. I love the location, close to everything. The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Not bad if you’re looking for the lowest budget place, but I wouldn’t return. Had a private room and bathroom but it smelled of urine or maybe ammonia. Seemed clean though. We basically just used it as a place to sleep so I didn’t make a fuss about it. Bedding not super comfy, pillows were pretty flimsy, as was the blanket on the bed. A rooster started up around 4:30 and I had a hard time sleeping after that. Also, staff started to spray down the outside area and sweep and such around 7, and I could easily hear that through the walls. Staff were friendly and location is central to airport, many food spots, shops, etc. Personally would splurge for something a bit nicer next time but again, not a bad option if you’re looking to save money. Didn’t use the communal kitchen and just as an FYI the pool is very small.

The staff was very helpfull and pro active. They helped me book a snorkling trip. They also will do your laundry for a decent price! The people staying their were also very nice in general.

Eu tive problemas para realizar a viagem por fatores externos e o anfitrião foi muito flexível e para solucionar a questão, o outro hóspede ficou muito satisfeito com o auxílio da equipe. Espero poder desfrutar da estadia em uma próxima oportunidade.
