The property includes an owner's casita on the land, which the owner may occasionally occupy. If present, she will respect your privacy and can be a helpful local resource if you wish to reach out.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a beautiful pool right at the front, allowing for easy access from the street to rinse off and dive in. The main house is two levels. On the first floor, there are three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and ample closet space. One bedroom features a king-size bed, while the other two have queen beds.
Upstairs, an open living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large-screen TV, and a dining space—ideal for the entire group to relax and spend time together. The highlight is a walkout balcony where guests can enjoy sunset happy hours while taking in a peek-a-boo ocean view, especially visible during the dry season.
Additional conveniences include a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use. The property is also fitted with a water filtration system, tank, and pump to ensure peace of mind.

Guests have full access to all areas of the home except for a few locked closets used to store supplies securely.

Any damages or missing items beyond normal wear and tear will be the guest's responsibility. There is a charge of $10 for each lost key and $300 for any lost remote controls for the parking gate. Please take care of these items, as replacements are costly.
