The house features three bedrooms and offers a peek-a-boo ocean view, a refreshing pool, and a secure, fully gated oasis.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of town, the property also includes an owner's casita on the land. The owner may occasionally occupy this space but will respect your privacy. She is also available as a helpful local resource if you need assistance or recommendations.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by a beautiful pool in the front area, allowing for a quick rinse after coming from the street before jumping in. The main entrance to this two-level home is at the back.

On the first floor, there are three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and ample closet space. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other two feature queen-size beds.

Upstairs, an open living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a large-screen TV, and a dining space. This layout is ideal for the entire group to relax and spend time together.

A standout feature is the walkout balcony, where guests can enjoy happy hour while watching the sunset. The balcony also offers views of the ocean, especially during the dry season.

Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use. The property is equipped with a water filtration system, tank, and pump to ensure peace of mind.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to all areas of the home, except for a few locked closets used to store supplies securely.

Other Things to Note

Guests are encouraged to enjoy the property fully while treating it with respect, as if it were their own home. Please read the house rules carefully and ensure everyone in your group understands and agrees to them.

Any damages or missing items beyond normal wear and tear will be the guest's responsibility.

There is a charge of $10 for each lost key and $300 for any lost remote controls for the parking gate. Please take care of these items, as replacements are costly.
