Welcome to Casa Punta Lobos, the only truly private beachfront property in Todos Santos. Relax and unwind in this eco-friendly and off-grid oasis, where the sound of waves crashing on the shore will drift you off to sleep.

Originally built by a Hollywood expat 25 years ago, the recently renovated Casa Punta Lobos sleeps a total of 8 guests between the main house and the new private casita, available in March 2025.

The entire property is situated on an acre of private beachfront and is located only a 6-minute (3.6 km) drive south of shops, restaurants, and the cobblestone streets of Todos Santos.

The star of the show is the expansive great room featuring:

• Wall-to-wall windows with views of the point
• Original hand-laid mosaic floors

Connected to the great room is a fully equipped kitchen with:

• An island
• Indoor dining for 8

Large double doors open to the covered outdoor dining area that seats up to 14, allowing you to create a magical Baja dining experience.

• Master bathroom with oversized double vanity and walk-in shower, featuring artfully placed windows

Guest Suite

• Plush king bed (can be split into 2 extra-large twins if needed)
• Private full bath with walk-in shower and window views of the Pacific
• Oversized double doors leading to a romantic outdoor seating area immersed in the garden

In addition, there are 2 extra-large twins in the great room that can double as daybeds or extra sleeping areas for more guests or children. The great room also includes a half bath.

Private Casita - "The Turtle House"

The recently renovated private casita will be available in March 2025.

• Features large double French doors with views of the entire Pacific Ocean and the scenic point at Punta Lobos
• Equipped with a small kitchen and refrigerator for quick breakfasts, reheating leftovers, or enjoying a cold beverage

Guest Access

This listing is for the entire property. In March 2025, you will have access to both the main house and the additional private casita, "The Turtle House." There is one more casita on the property, "The Beach House," which is not available as it has not been renovated yet. This space is being converted into an open-air event, yoga, or dining area. If you book this listing, you will have the entire property to yourself.

Other Things to Note

Casa Punta Lobos is a classic Baja property that is eco-friendly.

• Equipped with a state-of-the-art solar system, but please turn off lights and power when not in use.
• Water is sourced from mountain wells, and there is safe drinking water (reverse osmosis filtered) available in the kitchen.
• The plumbing is all septic and recaptures water for the gardens. Please use power and water respectfully.

The Property and Surroundings

The property is located right on the sought-after Punta Lobos Beach. Feel free to have a bonfire or fish fry with friends and family. You can purchase fresh fish from local fishermen operating at the south end of Punta Lobos Beach. Firewood will be provided on the property, but please enjoy the bonfire responsibly.

Kids

We have been bringing our kids to the property since they were newborns and are happy to host your family. However, if you do not consider yourself an adventurous family, a hotel in town may be a better option, as they can handle 24-hour service requests.

Since you are right on the beach, please expect to see people running, fishing, and playing. While our property is completely private, the beaches in Mexico are protected and open to the public for the first 20 meters. Due to this unique closeness, you may even meet a curious traveler asking if we are open for lunch.

There is one security camera on the property, which views the driveway and parking area.
