Welcome to our stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom Spanish Colonial-style house located in the prestigious Quivira neighborhood of Coronado. This spacious 5,918-square-foot home is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, making it an ideal space for creating lasting memories.

Whether you're taking a dip in the pool or enjoying a barbecue on the patio, you'll have everything you need to relax and unwind in style. All water in the house is filtered from the local water treatment plant, and a reverse osmosis filter is installed at the kitchen sink for an extra layer of purification. All beds have new foam toppers for added comfort, and the bedding has been upgraded to all white sheets and comforters. The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Please note that smoking, parties, and bands are not permitted on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM.

Guest Access

We want you to enjoy our house as much as possible while remembering that this is a home to us as well. We ask that you respect the few locked cabinets, the second fridge, and one closet that contain our personal items. We assure you that this will not limit your stay in any way, and we look forward to hosting you!

Other Things to Note

As our guest, you have access to the following hotels: Pueblo Bonito, Pacifica, and Rose and Blanco downtown. Access to these hotels includes restaurants, pools, and spas. Please note that there is a fee to use the gym. Guests also receive a 20% discount on food and beverages at these hotels. Additionally, our guests receive a 25% discount at Quivira Steakhouse and the golf course, which is located right down the street.
