This fully air-conditioned residence strikes a perfect balance between modern comforts and the rustic charm of the classic Costa Rican indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Upon entering the property from the one-car parking area on Parador Road, guests can either head down to the refreshing pool or turn right along the catwalk to reach the main level of the house.

Inside the main level, you will find an inviting air-conditioned living area that seamlessly connects to the kitchen. This floor also includes the master bedroom with a king-size bed and air conditioning, as well as a guest bedroom, also air-conditioned with a king-size bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom.

A stairwell near the front door leads downstairs to a one-bedroom apartment featuring a comfortable lounge area, a private balcony, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. This apartment is fully air-conditioned. For groups of up to eight, two additional guests can be accommodated on a queen-size inflatable mattress in the apartment’s lounge area.
