The Space

Welcome to Casa La Roca, a mini estate located in the prestigious gated community of Cabo Bello. This beautiful villa offers a spacious and tranquil environment, featuring:

• A private pool
• A hot tub (heating available for an additional charge)
• An outdoor fireplace
• A bar with an outdoor TV and sound system
• A built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area

Enjoy stunning views of the Sea of Cortez, Cabo Arches, and spectacular sunsets from the rooftop patio, which includes a bistro set, daybed, and chaise loungers. The outdoor spaces are luxurious and equipped with games such as ladder toss, cornhole, and football, along with wellness amenities including yoga mats, meditating pillows, sound bath bowls, and exercise bands.

The interior features a large open floor plan that brings in abundant natural light. You can enjoy panoramic views from almost every window, overlooking the ocean and lands end. A large sunroom off the master bedroom can be closed off for added privacy.

For those needing to work during their stay, the sunroom includes a versatile desk setup with a chair, printer, and two monitors.

Concierge Services

Dear Guests, we are pleased to offer full-service concierge services. Sandy and Daniella can assist you with:

• Transportation
• Excursions (fishing, boat tours, party cruises, ATV, helicopter tours, etc.)
• Chef, catering, and bartender services
• Event decoration
• Massage, hair, makeup, and beauty services
• Restaurant and nightclub reservations
• Photography services
• Child items and babysitting

Our team has over 20 years of experience in Cabo and will ensure you are well taken care of.

Note: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive. Shipping to Cabo can be challenging unless using Cabo Mailboxes or another reputable shipping company.

Check-in instructions will be sent 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Pool and Spa

All pool heating arrangements must be made and paid for in advance via the pool payment link sent after your booking is confirmed.

• Pool heating is $100 per day up to 83°F (additional $25 charge to heat to 86°F).
• Spa heating is $35 per day (heated on demand as needed).

Heating times can vary from 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the time of year, and can take up to 50 minutes in colder weather. Please note that the spa is not heated upon arrival. If you need the pool or spa heated for your arrival, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Pool heating is not needed in the summer months and is recommended from mid-September to mid-June.

Pets

We are pet-friendly, but prior approval is required. Please reach out for details. A pet deposit of $200 is required, with $50 going towards the pet's stay for the first pet and $25 for additional pets. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded assuming there are no damages upon checkout.

Activities

Looking for fun activities to enjoy in Mexico? We have a local artist who offers painting classes in various mediums, including:

• Watercolor
• Standard drawing
• Acrylic and oil painting
• Ceramics

Classes can accommodate parties for adults, children, or smaller groups, and can be held at the home or in the artist's studio. For more information, please contact our team.

We also offer discounts on activities such as ATV rides, camel rides, boat and sail cruises, and private airport transportation.

Transportation

If you are traveling without a vehicle or need transportation, please let us know. While the home is remote, we are connected with local transportation companies and can provide information. Uber, Lyft, and taxis service the area, but we can assist with local businesses if needed.

Parking

This home can accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles, depending on size. Parking options include:

• 1 in the garage
• 2 in front of the house
• 1 on the street

Child Travel Items

We love hosting families and can provide a pack and play and a high chair complimentary for our little guests with 24 hours' notice. For additional items such as strollers, car seats, or toys, we have partnered with a local vendor who can assist. Please reach out for details, noting that fees will apply for those items.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home and yard.

Note: A gardener cleans and maintains the front and backyards once a week. Contractors access the pool and backyard area from the side of the house, so it is not necessary for you to be home when they are there.

Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of All Claims and Assumption of Risk

In utilizing the swimming pool amenities, you will be assuming the risk and releasing all claims for injuries, damages, loss, or death that you, your family members, guests, or invitees might sustain as a result of using the pool.

You agree to abide by the pool rules and understand that the landlord retains the right to restrict access for non-compliance.

Warning: There are known dangers inherent in swimming activities, including physical injury and, in some cases, death.

By using the pool, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this waiver and release, which is governed by the laws of the state of California. Any legal proceedings shall be held in Los Angeles County, California.
