With a large outdoor area, the house has several entertainment options, such as swimming pool, beach volleyball/tennis court, pool table, ping pong ping pong and barbecue. Plus free access to the perfect waves at Playa Colorado and all the amenities of Hacienda Iguana. The space If you are looking for a house with style, comfort and lots of fun for family vacations or a group of friends, this is the ideal house for you. The main room of the house is a large living room, with about 50 m2, high ceilings and ethnic decor, with surf elements and local culture. It is one of the main attractions of the house, the professional pool table. The living room also has two sofas (which turned into a single bed) and a smart TV. Also in this space is the fully equipped kitchen and dining table. There is still half a bathroom in the living room next to the tv. On the right side of the room there is a large balcony and access to two suites. Both with private entrance by double glass doors (the rooms are not connected to each other inside the house). On this balcony, facing the pool and with a beautiful view of the golf course, there is a dining table, wooden furniture, two sleeping nets and a ping-pong table. The first rightmost suites have a double bed, a single bunk bed, air conditioning, full bathroom, a wooden dresser, a wall furniture, ceiling fan, double glass doors with curtain, a side window with curtain and two small windows above the bed. Next door is the second suite, with high ceilings, two bunk beds (4 single beds), air conditioning, bathroom, one dresser, ceiling fan, double glass doors with curtain and two small windows in the background. On the left side of the room is the third suite, with the same configuration as the first, double bed, a single bunk bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and full bathroom. This suite has a private balcony, with a hammock, wooden furniture and a view of the golf course. The rooms measure about 8 m2 and the bathrooms about 4m2 and has an excellent shower with hot water. The house has a huge backyard, with a lovely garden and an amazing pool, impeccably maintained by our gardener who works three days a week. Our lawn is perfect for practicing yoga and other types of training, including a beach volleyball field in our backyard. Wild birds are a separate attraction and usually visit our backyard daily. And remember to look at the canopy of the trees, hopefully you can spot monkeys. In the back of the house there is a laundry room and private parking. Other things to note The house is a 5-minute walk to the beach. We have 7 bikes available for guests to explore the entire community. We are located in a central area of Hacienda Iguana, 5 minutes from the commercial area, where the restaurants, mini-markets, shops, ATM are located. We are also next to the golf course. Hacienda iguana is a gated community. All guests need to be identified and have their entry previously authorized (hosts take care of it). The three bedrooms have private entrances and do not have communication with each other, if they have young children they can lock the doors with a key. On the same land, about 20 meters from the back of the house is a casita where hosts usually stay. The houses have their backs to each other with total privacy to guests, without any direct contact between houses. 3 times a week a gardener works in the garden and does the maintenance of the pool. 1 time a week we have cleaning service of the entire house and outdoor area. Cleaning of the house is done every third day.

The suites measure approximately 86 square feet, and the bathrooms are about 43 square feet, each equipped with an excellent shower and hot water.

The house also boasts a huge backyard, featuring a lovely garden and an amazing pool, which is impeccably maintained by our gardener who works three days a week. The lawn is perfect for practicing yoga and other types of training, including a beach volleyball court. Wild birds frequently visit the backyard, and guests may even spot monkeys in the tree canopy.

In the back of the house, there is a laundry room and private parking.

## Location

The house is a 5-minute walk to the beach and is centrally located within Hacienda Iguana, just 5 minutes from the commercial area, which includes restaurants, mini-markets, shops, and an ATM. The property is also adjacent to the golf course. 

Hacienda Iguana is a gated community, and all guests must be identified and have their entry authorized in advance (the hosts will handle this). The three bedrooms have private entrances and do not connect to each other, allowing for privacy. If traveling with young children, parents can lock the doors with a key.

On the same property, approximately 20 meters from the back of the house, is a casita where the hosts usually stay. The houses are positioned back-to-back, ensuring total privacy for guests without any direct contact.
