- Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms, while common areas benefit from a pleasant cross breeze through the windows.

- The caretaker, Mario, lives on the property with his family and their friendly dog. He is available to assist with check-in, check-out, and any needs during your stay.
- Due to the natural beach setting, it is common to encounter animals such as cows, horses, chickens, and occasional insects. Guests uncomfortable with animals or a nature environment may want to consider this before booking.
- Smoking, events, and parties are not permitted on the property.

La casa es muy bonita, la playa es privada y tranquila; es ideal para ir y desconectar de la rutina. Los cuidadores con muy amables y el encargado igual. Sin duda volveremos pronto.!

Absolutely gorgeous home, great location, super private beach. Everything was just as described, the host was super attentive before, during and after our stay. Our only regret is that we were not able to stay for at least another night due to our short vacation time available. Mario and Cyntia were great as well, super attentive and just lovely people overall. If I could, I would give a higher rating than 5 stars.

Nuestra estancia en la casa fue estupenda , excelente ubicación de la propiedad ,está justo frente a la playa. Mario y Cinthia muy amables y serviciales. En general todo muy bien la casa cómoda y limpia la cocina está bien equipada. Jim muy atento, tuvimos buena comunicación

I wanted to make memories to remember, and this beautiful place fit all the needs for me and my family: a private pool, grill, beach in front, and a beautiful place to sleep and wake up to the sunset. Mario the carer provided me with a legendary service 🙌.

This Airbnb was gorgeous. The house is right on the water and the pool is perfect to hang out. The house was a great size and everything was clean. We will definitely be coming back here! Highly recommend.

Un paradis tropical. La belle villa, directement située sur une plage magnifique, offre une vue incroyable sur l’océan. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté des lieux. La villa est aussi très bien équipée. On y trouve de tout pour cuisiner. Les jeux de société sont aussi une belle addition. La piscine est très bien. Enfin, monsieur Mario et sa femme Cynthia qui vivent sur la propriété sont extrêmement gentils, serviables et attentionnés. En étant sur le bord de l’eau, il faut s’attendre à voir des petites fourmis qui se faufilent parfois dans la maison. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa à tous ceux qui souhaitent une jolie maison en bord de mer pour des vacances reposantes.

Amazing beach, beautiful house and beautiful pool . The pictures do not do it justice. Really an amazing place to relax and unwind. Turtle sanctuary about 5min drive away. We picked up groceries in town (San Juan del Sur) before heading into Coco and that worked perfectly for us.
