The private neighborhood offers a beach club with an infinity pool, beach chairs, hammocks, a restaurant, bar, and direct access to the beach, just a minute's walk away. ## The Space

Best Located Villa in Blue | With Private Pool - Villas for Rent in Playa Venao, Los Santos, Panama

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa 40 at Blue Venao! The location is incredible, just steps from the beach and beach club, with several fantastic restaurants within walking distance. You can really enjoy everything Playa Venao has to offer. One of the things that makes Villa 40 especially great is the private pool. It's one of the few villas in Blue Venao that has its own pool, and it was such a nice luxury to have after a morning at the beach or surfing. The villa itself was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home when we weren't trying one of the many great restaurants nearby. Sara and Charlie were wonderful hosts. They were friendly, responsive, and very communicative throughout our entire stay. Everything was easy from check-in through departure, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend Villa 40.

We had a great stay! The location is unbeatable, close to Blue Venao Club, the children’s park, restaurants, and a supermarket. The pool was a huge plus, especially since we were traveling with kids. Great location, almost next to the beach and club house. Instructions were clear, the villa was nice, two separate spaces with two rooms on each space and a private pool in between. We had some challenges with the AC but Charlie was extremely proactive and helpful to solve the issues we had.

Our week-long stay was simply excellent. The house is extremely comfortable, spacious and designed with great care so that absolutely nothing is missing. Everything is very well thought out and equipped, which makes you feel at home from day one. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need and perfect for enjoying the area in total comfort. We especially want to highlight the hosts, who were always very attentive, organized and extremely responsive. During our stay, there was a problem with one of the air conditioners, and they acted immediately. What initially seemed like a simple repair ended up requiring the complete replacement of the equipment, and even so, they handled everything with exemplary speed and professionalism to minimize any inconvenience. It is clear that they genuinely care about the comfort of their guests and about providing a top-quality experience. We definitely recommend it 100%

A really nice experience at Blue; the villas are very beautiful, and the area is very quiet. The hosts, Charlie and Sonia, were always very attentive to our questions; we were happy with our entire stay.

The house was very nice and very well located within the community, very close to the pool and bar area. The community is very safe and has a beautiful oceanfront beach club. The house was very well equipped, it is very comfortable, and the hosts treated us very well. The only downside we had is that there is a construction site next door, on the adjoining property, which is quite bothersome, and there is practically no separation from the house's garden. The owners also did everything possible to make us comfortable, but until the construction is finished, it is inevitable that there will be noise and people working. I think it's a very good place to stay, but keep in mind the construction work.

La casa era muy linda y muy bien ubicada dentro de la comunidad , muy cerca de la zona de la piscina y bar. La comunidad es muy segura y tiene un club de playa precioso frente al mar. La casa estaba muy bien equipada , es muy cómoda y nos han tratado muy bien los anfitriones . El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que hay una obra al lado, en el terreno lindero , que es bastante molesta y no hay separación prácticamente con el jardín de la casa . Los dueños hicieron igual todo lo posible porque estuviéramos cómodos pero hasta que no se termine la obra es inevitable que no haya ruido y gente trabajando. Creo que es un muy buen lugar para hospedarse pero tendiendo presente la situación de la obra .

Just an amazing villa, the best location in Blue, really close to the sea and the pool, just a few steps away. Would recommend to anyone coming to enjoy the best experience in Playa del Carmen. The hosts are lovely and respond quickly to any request.

This is a wonderful house right behind the Blue Venao beach club so easy walking to the pool, restaurants and the beach. Charles the host was super responsive and they let us check in early which was greatly appreciated! There were protests in Panama so we had to drive at night and arrived exhausted at 4 am and they let us check in-this made a huge difference in our stay! We loved the deep shaded front porch and our own dipping pool-what a treat. The only drawback was that one day for about 4 hours-7 am -11 am, the beach club had to run their very large generator. It is very loud and the generator is located right in front of the house so we had to close all the windows and doors and stay inside or go to the beach to avoid the noise. I doubt this happens very often but it was notable. Otherwise a fabulous stay in a modern, well designed house in a great location.

Do not hesitate, book this place now! The description is right - this unit is in absolutely the best location in Blue, and also seemed to us to be the best unit. Spacious, modern, accommodating, we loved it. It’s crazy but even with the gorgeous club pool, we loved having our own little pool. The club itself is luxurious, with plenty of places to lounge and chill. Blue is located near the end of the cove, so you’re closer to calmer waves and it feels a little more quiet and serene. We didn’t have a problem with noise, though we were there midweek and off season. The hosts were also lovely. We tried to be low-fuss but still had lots of questions, they were so nice, helpful and responsive. Absolutely a little slice of heaven.

Charles was amazing and a really good host . It allowed us to reschedule the reservation 1 time and we were able to do an "Early checking" and a "late checkout"  As far as the house is concerned, it is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped . The pool is great . The bedding is very comfortable. The third bedroom is a secluded outbuilding opposite the pool and at the beginning we couldn't find it 😂 What is very nice is the fact that we put water in the fridge, there was coffee, flour , bananas and pineapple... one of the first times we have this in an airbnb in the panama so I want to emphasize the importance of this detail . However , the noise from the hotel Selina next door is unbearable! We couldn't sleep on Thursday , and Friday the music stopped at 2 a.m. … Provide box balls, it's essential . Another thing is to improve: cleanliness . There was defecation of birds all along the house and dishes poorly washed among other things…

Charles a été incroyable et est un très bon host . Il nous a permis de décaler 1 fois la réservation et nous avons pu faire un « Early checking » et un « late checkout «  En ce qui concerne la maison elle est belle, spacieuse et bien équipée . La piscine est top . La literie est très confortable. La troisième chambre est une dépendance isolée en face de la piscine et au début nous ne la trouvions pas 😂 Ce qui est très appréciable c est le fait d avoir mis de l eau au frigo, il y avait du café , farine , des bananes et ananas… une des premières fois que nous avons cela dans un airbnb au panama donc je tiens à souligner l importance de ce détail . Cependant , le bruit de l hôtel Selina a côté est insupportable ! Nous n avons pas pu dormir jeudi , et vendredi la musique s est arrêtée à 2 am … Prévoir des boules caisse,c est indispensable . Autre point à améliorer: la propreté . Il y avait de défécation d oiseau tt le long de la maison et de la vaisselle mal lavée entre autre …

“ Very good choice!” I spent a weekend with my family on a very nice weekend, the place is amazing. Many activities to do, for all ages there is training. The house is very complete, comfortable and clean. Sara is very kind, always making sure everything went smoothly...! We would definitely come back.

Great spot!  had a super quick 48-hour business trip to Venao couldn't be better, all we needed was available. Close to the Beach Club and ocean view. Highly Recommended.
