I had an amazing time for my 30th birthday! The place is wonderful and fit 10 of us comfortably! I wish I never had to leave. Nate was so kind, helpful, even when we kept calling him. lol He was great!

A perfect experience! This airbnb was just what our family needed with multiple villas on one property. The property manager Nathan was very proactive, friendly, and helpful if something went wrong. We had a light go out and one AC unit not work and both were fixed within 24 hrs. The property is very clean and in a peaceful quiet area but still accessible to all the things in San Pedro. We used the grill and enjoyed the pool and cooked breakfast. Had a wonderful stay with everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay! The management team was incredibly responsive and welcoming, and the house itself was spotless, organized, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the location is ideal—quick access to downtown San Pedro and an easy walk to nearby resorts with great dining options. Just a heads‑up: the sargassum smell in the area can be strong at times. It’s a natural occurrence and not something the hosts can fix, but worth knowing if you’re sensitive to it. Overall, a fantastic property and experience.

This place has promise, but it needs some modifications. (1) the pool has zero shade, and when we stepped in it, it felt like a jacuzzi. It was *very* warm, to the point that it provided no relief from the heat during the day. (2) the biggest domicile (the one with the master bedroom in the top, one bedroom below, one very small room with two bunks, and the kitchen) has no A/C in the kitchen. The A/Cs in the smaller rooms in that space cannot cool it down, so the kitchen/living room (the biggest space to congregate if you have multiple groups) is always very warm. They really need to put an A/C unit in there. (3) for the amount I paid for the whole property, I expected there to be bottled water available--but there was none. You have to go to the store if you want to drink water. (4) we got a weirdly aggressive rant about not doing drugs. I stayed at multiple places across Belize and never heard such a thing. (5) they also forgot to refill the shampoo/body wash in every bathroom.

Ricky and Nathan were very responsive and helpful. I think the price was expensive for what we received. Would have been nice if the cleaners came at least once during our stay. $75 USD for clean towels is not ideal especially with no laundry on site. The pool and the outdoor area was cleaned a few times during our stay which was great. Close to a lot of restaurants and downtown area. Thanks for everything Ricky and Nathan.

We completely understand how hard it must be to maintain a property on an island in Belize with the humidity, salt water and limited access to modern day amenities. That being said, there were several things that we wish we would have been aware of at the property. There was a large amount of garbage next to the gated entrance. It was there the entire week and smelled horrible. The first evening, we had trouble closing the door to the main house. They came to "fix" it but we had trouble the remainder of the trip.We finally had to use the deadbolt to keep it closed which was very inconvenient since there were multiple people staying in this property. The bbq, corn hole boards, pool chairs, cable boxes and many of the amenities were unusable. We did enjoy learning about the island and the property gave us a good location to venture out to local restaurants, fishing, shopping and exploring. I'm not sure if it was just a one off but I wish we would have been made aware of this.

The layout of the property was perfect for our group (five adults and four teens). They supply bath and pool towels, as well as shampoo and body wash, so no need to pack those! The kitchens were well equipped. Nathan, the property manager, was very responsive and so friendly. He and Ricky both gave us great recommendations for taxis and other accommodations. The location of the house is about 1.5 miles from downtown, so we didn’t rent golf carts, but there is parking for them within the gates if you opt for carts. Great local fruit stands and groceries right nearby, and access to the beach across the road. I would stay there again if I could!

Ricky and Nathan made this trip simple for our large group. Coordinating 12 adults is no small task but their help is the only reason it was possible. Everything was clean and as advertised. Worth the stay.
