• 7 bedrooms accommodating up to 19 guests
• Onsite caretakers providing light cleaning six days a week
• Gated parking for 4 vehicles; 4x4 vehicles are required to access the property

• Three swimming pools, one with a swim-up bar
• A pool designed for lounging in the water
• One pool can be heated during your stay for an additional USD 400 (please request before booking confirmation)

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

• All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units
• Bathrooms feature dual shower heads

Downstairs:

• Secret kids' room with 3 single bunk beds and twin mattresses (7 beds total), a television, and a full bathroom with a large shower
• Garden Suite with a king bed, television, en-suite bathroom overlooking the rainforest, and a walk-in closet

Ground Level:

• Primary bedroom (Harmony Room) with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, television, soaking tub, and direct access to the outdoor lounge pool

• Three elegant bedrooms, each with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, and direct access to a wrap-around deck offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Cano Island, and the Whale's Tail reef in Uvita

From Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), the drive to The Jade House takes approximately 3.5 hours. Most guests rent 4x4 vehicles and travel south from the airport, though shuttle services are also available. If using a shuttle, guests should arrange for 4x4 rentals or taxis to navigate the mountain road leading to the villa.

Alternatively, travelers can fly into San Jose and take a 20-minute commuter flight to Quepos, located about 30 minutes north of Dominical.
