Each bedroom has super comfortable new king beds and private bathrooms. The house can accommodate up to 8 people, and every room provides access to the patio where you can relax and enjoy the sun. The patio features a huge covered area for shade and a refreshing breeze that flows directly into the backyard.

The property is located just steps away from two of Nicaragua’s most beautiful beaches in the gated community of Hacienda Iguana.

Other Things to Note

We provide a 20 kWh per night electrical allowance. If you exceed this amount, the local rate of $0.47 per kWh will apply.

Air conditioning in the living room is not included in the nightly price but is available upon request for an additional $25 per night. Backup power is also available by request at an additional cost of $25 per night.
