The Space

• Two spacious, cozy bedrooms accommodating 1 to 4 persons.
• The first bedroom is on the lower floor and equipped with a king-size bed and wooden dresser (2 persons).
• The second bedroom is on the mezzanine upstairs and furnished with a queen-size bed and open-plan dresser (2 persons). It offers a beautiful view of the palm roof and surrounding nature through large triangular windows.
• The bathroom on the lower floor features a large shower and open storage for your essentials. Towels will be provided upon arrival.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
• The spacious living room has a large and comfortable sofa, allowing everyone to sit or lie down comfortably while watching the big flat-screen TV.
• Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and the convenience of three air conditioning units (in the living room, bedroom 1, and bedroom 2).

Location

The house is located at Playa Guasacate, just 50 meters from the ocean. Open the wooden gate, take three steps to the right, and you can put your feet in the water. In less than a minute, you can be swimming or watching incredible sunsets on Playa Guasacate.

Whether you're an experienced surfer or just looking to catch your first wave, you'll find plenty of surfing options in the area. Depending on the time of year, you can find waves working very close to the house (a 5-minute walk). Alternatively, you can walk to surf spots that work year-round (a 15-20 minute walk on the beach). We are also very close to the famous surf spot: Popoyo Beach Break.
