The Space

This stunning home features four suites, including an enormous master king suite with a soaking tub, separate shower, private living area, and private terrace with expansive ocean views.

• A third king suite with garden views
• A bunk room ideal for kids, featuring:
  • Two full over queen bunk beds
  • One full over full bunk bed
• A king casita for extra privacy

Arcos del Mar is a unique, spacious villa set at a cul-de-sac on an expansive lot with gardens. The home is hacienda style, with a central courtyard and fountain, and viewing platforms that overlook the beach and Pacific Ocean. This property offers maximum privacy.

Please note that there may be work in the gardens during November and December 2024, such as placing new sod in muddy areas or other areas impacted by rain. We will try to complete any garden work prior to your arrival and while you are out on an adventure.

The three lounging platforms and furniture at the front of the estate have been removed and will be replaced with sod and/or stones and lounge chairs. Photos will be updated once completed.

Location

The property is located above Playa Prieta, providing outstanding views of the Pacific Ocean. Access to the beach is available via steep stone steps or by driving.

Guest Access

As the homeowner's guest, you have access to the resort and the private Prieta Beach Club. Please note that guests are responsible for paying the access fee when visiting the Prieta Beach Club.

Current club access fee schedule (as of March 2024):

1. $75 per person + VAT, per day for regular access
2. $150 per person + VAT, per day during the festive season (2024-2025)

Fees are subject to change at the discretion of the club. Additionally, an 18% tax/fee on the total rental will be due at check-in.
