House Rules

• Minimum age for all guests is 25 (children with parents excluded).
• Maximum of 7 couples or 7 singles.
• No Spring Break or bachelor groups.
• Excessive noise is not allowed.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• No smoking is permitted inside the property.
• No events such as weddings, bachelor, or bachelorette parties are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized and an event fee is paid.

Occupancy

The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. The renter must disclose the number of persons in their group and the name of every member of the group.

Important: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Quiet time is from 10 PM to 9 AM. Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are not allowed at any time. Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning, and guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.

A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If taking both holidays, a 14-night minimum is required. High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval (additional deposit required).
