Other Things to Note

• Minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents are excluded).
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM.
• In gated communities, noise or other disturbances after 10 PM may result in a fine.
• Extra person fees apply after the 14th guest.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• No smoking is permitted inside the property.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed unless specifically pre-authorized and an event fee is paid.
• The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. The renter must disclose the number of persons in their group and the names of all members.
• Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval (additional deposit required).
• A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum is required.
• Airbnb can only accommodate bookings for 16 people; please inquire about additional person rates.
