Important Notes

• The minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded).
• Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 9 AM.
• In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior after 10 PM may result in a fine.
• The pool is heated to 80°F. There is a fee of $240 per day to heat it over 80°F, which can be paid directly to the property manager.
• Extra person fees apply after the 16th guest.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• No smoking is permitted inside the property.
• No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties are permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and an event fee is paid.

Occupancy

The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. The renter must disclose the number of persons in their group as well as the name of every member of their group.

Important: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

Quiet time is from 10 PM to 9 AM. Excessive noise at any time, disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are not allowed. Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning, and guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.

A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If taking both holidays, a 14-night minimum is required. High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval (additional deposit required).
