The Space

This exquisite 6,500 square foot luxury home is located just 75 minutes from Liberia Airport. It is a 5-minute walk to one of five beaches in Hacienda Pinilla, with the others accessible within 3-5 minutes by car. The property is situated in one of Costa Rica's best exclusive gated residential beachside and golf communities, featuring:

Wildlife is abundant, including iguanas, howler monkeys, and macaws. Mountain bike trails and rentals are also available. The town, with numerous restaurants, nightlife options, and supermarkets, is a 15-20 minute drive away.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house, which comfortably accommodates 10 to 14 people. The living space includes:

• 5 king bedrooms
• 1 queen bedroom
• 2 twin bedrooms
• 1 single bedroom

There is a two-car garage and a golf cart available for rent at the following rates:

1. 6-seater: $560 per week
2. 4-seater: $350 per week
3. Both: $880 per week

Daily housekeeping with breakfast preparation is included by our housemom for 4 hours daily, except Sundays, from 8 AM to 12 PM. Extra service is available at $20 per hour.

Access to the Beach Club includes:

There is a daily fee of $5 per person, which is 100% consumable.

We can recommend the best chefs for various cuisines, including Costa Rican, Mediterranean, vegan, and international.

Other Things to Note

Our housemom is available daily, except Sundays, to prepare breakfast and clean up for 4 hours (8 AM to 12 PM). She can also assist with meal preparation for an additional fee of $20 per hour during daytime hours.

Our manager offers a welcome meal upon request. You may also contact private chefs, and we will provide a list of options, as well as a massage therapist when available.

Golf carts may be rented separately, with the following rates:

• 6-seater: $560
• 4-seater: $350
• Both: $880

The Beach Club is a 3-5 minute drive away and is free for children 12 and under, as well as adults with a $10 drink or food purchase (voucher provided).
