- Yoga/dance palapa
- Numerous shaded areas for relaxation
This villa is a popular venue for weddings, birthday celebrations, and retreats, accommodating up to 175 guests. An event fee of $3,500 USD applies, and a separate event contract will be provided.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire property, which is walled and gated. The home wraps around the pool and hot tub, offering a private retreat. The property includes:
- Two gated entrances (one pedestrian entrance close to the beach)
- Electronic keypads for secure access
