The Space

Entering the home from the pool deck, the living room doors fold away to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The interiors, professionally designed by NATIVE, showcase a modern and inviting style.

The kitchen has been recently updated with Nero Marquina quartz countertops and is fully equipped for your culinary needs. Bluetooth speakers are installed both downstairs and outdoors, ideal for enjoying music while grilling by the pool.

The property includes:

• Two bedrooms upstairs

The master bedroom features a luxurious bathroom with double sinks, a vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower. Both upstairs bedrooms provide stunning sunset views over the water.
