Pura Vida is beyond words. The photos don't do the magnificence of this place justice. The house is enormous. All the bedrooms are different but have beautiful outlooks. The beds are very comfortable. The pool and waterfall are gorgeous. There are lots of great spaces to sit and soak up the view. The house is very private and well-appointed. We loved our time in this rare gem of a location. Our group gathered for a spiritual retreat and Pura Vida suited our needs perfectly.

Fabulous stay at the Pura Vida property. Was the perfect location and set up for our group of 5 friends. Spacious main house, gorgeous grounds, spectacular views. The house was clean and kitchen had what we needed to do breakfasts and snacks everyday! Tyler was extremely responsive before and during our stay. He helped to set up our excursions and made introductions to really fantastic local residents for some of our specific requests that included drivers, chef, yoga instructor, massages and adventures in La Fortuna. Tyler and everyone we met were friendly and easy to work with. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations. The property, the people and the surroundings are great, highly recommend!

We loved our vacation here. It's a piece of heaven. The photos are amazing, but once you get here WOW! We didn't want to leave. Tyler explained about the two reviews and I can guarantee you that what you see in the photos are what you get!! This place was perfect for our family reunion. The kids loved the games room. Kept them busy all day. The pool and waterfall were so much fun. The views were great and staying in the CR rainforest was amazing. The villa was perfect. It was so refreshing cooking in the outside kitchen. Feels like you are in a movie cooking in the rain forest. Tyler was so easy to talk to and responded quickly to all of our questions. We all got on a group call and he set up all of your tours. We did not have to worry about anything. So relaxing. We will be back! Thanks Tyler for the excellent vacation.

This fabulous villa blew our minds. We saw the photos and feel in love with this place. But once we got here Wow!! It was so much better in person. My friends and I were scouting locations for yoga retreats. This place is perfect. We are definitely coming back here. Tyler was so helpful. Any time I had a question day or night he responded quickly. He planed our vacation for us. His recommendations were perfect!! And the chef he got us was above a 5 star service. Talk about farm to table. I didn't want to leave. The villa was absolutely perfect. We loved relaxing by the pool. The guys loved the games room. I really enjoyed the master suit tub over looking the lake.

Wow, wow, wow… this place was amazing, huge villa with pool, ping pong table, pool table, arcade game, gym just like the pictures!! The view was amazing from the master bedroom and anywhere on the first floor balcony which is the length of the place. Well worth the price. Tyler is super cool and very helpful and detailed with everything. His recommendations and instructions are exactly what he says. We even hung out one night and introduced us to other locals which ended up turning into another amazing night. And his boat tour was well worth it, my gf n I chose fun and sunset, amazing. Wish i had time to stay longer, I will be back for sure with more people.

This place was amazing. We had a great time here. Tyler explained to us about his other propertie selling and switching over to this new villa. All the photos and descriptions on this listing is %100 what you are booking. Tyler was extremely helpful when we booked. He called us and answered all of our questions about tours and transportation. And hooked us up with a great chef. The food was top notch. I highly recommend renting this great villa.

The house that we booked was a huge house with many bedrooms, pool and waterfall but what we were provided at booking was not the same property. We had to split the family into 2 groups between 2 different properties which was extremely inconvenient. Tyler tried to convince me that the house we booked was not even available and under construction while all the photos on Airbnb were still the photos of the big house with a huge pool. He said that the property was sold to new owners and the management changed but that doesn’t mean that we have to get a different property than what we had booked. I have reached out to AirBNB and opened an investigation to see what I can do but regardless, my trip was ruined due to this matter and the family having to be separated. The worse part was that Tyler wanted to convince me that what I had seen on AirBNB was what I was getting while all the pictures on my account was of the huge house with the pool.

We understand from the manager Jeff we worked with (who was amazing by the way) that the villas have undergone a change in ownership. Most likely due to this we were placed in a villa that was not the one advertised in this listing. However the villa we were given was still lovely and had a beautiful view and a nice little hot tub. Jeff welcomed us so kindly to the villa and was there to provide recommendations and answer any questions we had. He even provided a special gift for us for our honeymoon that we enjoyed very much. Overall our stay here was excellent just different than what we expected.
