We had a great stay. Jose and Claudia are very responsive, provided guidance on the best way to get there from the airport and recommendations on food, transportation and things to do. We got there at 10 am and our room was ready which allowed us to enjoy the beach right away. The unit has a small kitchen with a fridge, a little propone stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes. The location is perfect, right across from Playa Centro, many many stores and restaurants right as you step outside. A few blocks from the main street for restaurants and bars at night, walking distance from the ferry terminal. Jose was super flexible accomodating our needs for checkout. We will be back again :).

Muy amables y al pendiente de lo que necesitaríamos, fueron muy flexibles con el horario de entrada y de salida, buena estancia, sin duda volvería 👌🏽👍🏽

Saubere Unterkunft, nur 5 Min zu Fuss von der Fähre erreichbar. Sehr freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Haushälterin, Claudia. Speziell zu erwähnen, wie sie mir geholfen und sofort benachrichtigt hat, als ich mein Tablet vergessen habe! Zwei negative Punkte: Die Dusche war leider nicht so gut: mindestens 15 bis 20 Minuten warten, bis Warmwasser kommt, das ist leider eine Verschwendung des Wassers und sollte gelöst werden. kein Balkon zum Innenhof. aber das machte nix. ah, und es hatte zwei sehr bequeme Strandstühle zum Ausleihen! Danke schön!

Muy buen lugar para hopedarse, las camas muy cómodas, el aire acondicionado funcionaba al 100, muy cerca del centro en carro, caminando como a 10 minutos, a una cuadra se encuentra el cenote zaci, todavía José nos llevó más toallas limpias, lo recomiendo

El apto. tiene una excelente ubicación frente a una de las mejores playas de la isla, la zona de restaurantes y acceso peatonal es ideal. La cocina es chica, cuenta con lo mínimo para preparar tu desayuno. El baño y las camas limpias. No es apto para ir con niños pequeños ni adultos mayores, esta en tercera planta

Jose muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades lugar comodo y frente a la playa contestaba muy rapido nuestras inquietudes estaba a 8 minutos aprox caminando del ferry ultramar que se nos hizo muy bien para llegar a pie
