The estate includes a large palapa with a dining area, kitchen, and bar. Cleaning services are provided every third day, and a concierge is available to help plan and organize your ideal vacation. The price covers the entire property and all three villas, ensuring exclusive use for your group.
Outdoor Lounge Area
Surrounded by lush Mexican foliage and large trees, the estate’s centerpiece is an extensive pool that winds throughout the property. It provides a private oasis for swimming and relaxing with family and friends. Numerous luxury lounge chairs are available for sunbathing and enjoying the outdoors.
Palapa
The ornate palapa offers a shaded space to gather with guests for meals and relaxation. It includes:

Absolutely amazing place with peaceful surroundings. I stayed in the pool from sun up til sun down. This is my 3rd year at this villa and I'll be making it my yearly trip. The host is always available for questions or to set up anything the you need help with. The masseuse service we ordered was top tier!! They isn't enough great things that I can say about this place. Thank you all for another wonderful stay and see you again.

We had a fantastic time on our couples retreat. There was plenty of room for our group and the property was phenomenal. Jason had great communication and was so responsive. Right when we arrive we connected with Jeff who was the concierge guy, and he helped coordinate our wonderful Cook named Teresa who did a fantastic job. He also helped connect us with a private driver so we can leave whenever we wanted and go do excursions. They came in and cleaned twice during the week that we were there which was amazing, and came in and serviced the pool. We had such a wonderful time. We would definitely stay there again.

I was not able to make it on the trip, but the rest of my party had an amazing time. Said they would stay here again. Perfect stay for a large group. We hosted our local family, some friends from Costa Rica, and some friends from the US. A great time was had by all. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Laura was incredibly helpful with our travel arrangements and chef services, patiently answering all our questions. We absolutely loved the palapa, the pool, and the outdoor kitchen; it was so beautiful that we spent almost all our time outside. However, there are several areas that need attention. Upon arrival, the pool was full of debris, which our guests ended up cleaning themselves. Additionally, the outdoor TV was missing, forcing us inside for the football playoffs. Several amenities were broken, including the outdoor sink faucet, a shower, and the washer/dryer. Because we couldn't do laundry and weren't provided with fresh towels, we ran out of clean linens. We also found ourselves constantly requesting toilet paper, noted that the linens did not meet the 'luxury' description, and one room was missing pillowcases entirely.

For the most part, my family had a nice week here and made lasting memories, but we would NOT stay again. The property is well manicured, the beds are comfortable, and the pool was fun. The host and manager are not aligned. Service prices and house rules are outdated, and guests are sent inflated add-ons before arrival. Drinking water is limited to one bottle per day or you’re charged. Very nickel-and-dime. This is NOT a luxury property. We found some things were poorly maintained. TVs had no service. Security was concerning as there were doors and windows that didn’t lock properly. No hot water. On one of our last days, we suddenly heard extremely loud thumping club music coming from the sister property next door. Even though I contacted the manager in the afternoon, and they admitted that no parties were allowed there, the music, whistles, and screams lasted another 8+ hours. A peaceful vacation day was lost. FYI, we were told that all contact be with the manager, not the host.

Boy did we have a great time. 3 families, 2 of five and 1 of four. Kids ages 1-13. Pool was a blast, we brought an absurd amount of cheap pool toys. Chefs were outstanding. Laura was super responsive throughout the process and so helpful. We stayed on property with exception of 1 morning beach trip and a few grocery store runs. This was my families 2nd time here.

My stay here in Mexico was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Jeff was an incredible host—always responsive, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Anytime a small issue came up, he was quick to resolve it and made sure everything was perfect for us. Carlos was always friendly, welcoming, and kept the place spotless. His attention to detail and warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. Teresa’s cooking and cleaning were beyond amazing—every meal felt like a treat, and she made the home feel both comfortable and cared for. The combination of great hospitality, wonderful people, and a clean, relaxing space made this one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Without hesitation, I give this a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay here.
