Water Treatment

Pedregal has its own desalination plant, ensuring residents have access to fresh water. The reverse osmosis process removes salt and impurities from seawater.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire condo and terrace, as well as the two pools, common areas, gym, and the tranquil private Pedregal Beach. Pedregal Beach is about a 45-minute walk or a 10-minute car ride along the cobblestone streets.
