Designed to make your guests feel at home from the start, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the holidays. The space Casa Pacific is located in Hacienda Pinilla, a private area of 4,500 acres of a historic farm, with three of the best beaches in Costa Rica (Little Hawai, Mansita and Langosta), and unspoiled natural landscape. An excellent golf course, mountain bike trails, tennis/pickleball courts, and surf spots minutes from the door of the house complete this unique atmosphere for those who love sport and adventure, or even for those who just want to relax and enjoy. All rooms and areas of the house are air-conditioned and ceiling fans. The house was planned with excellent lighting and natural ventilation all year round, making the most of the surrounding nature and green. The Pacific House has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and plenty of space for indoor and outdoor living areas integrated with a swimming pool, all in a single floor. The kitchen is complete and we have a barbecue on the balcony to enjoy outdoor leisure moments. If you prefer to dine out, you'll have plenty of restaurant alternatives in Avellanas, Tamarindo, or the Hacienda Pinilla Beach club. Guest access You can enjoy leisure activities such as surfing, golf, mountain biking, hiking and hiking, running, tennis/pickleball courts and access to the 3 beaches within Hacienda - Little Hawaii, Mansita and Langosta. You'll see many monkeys, deer, tropical birds, and other wildlife as it's next door to Las Baulas Marine National Park. To access the Beach club, there is a fee of US$35 per person, under 10 years old free of charge. Inside the condominium there is a small gym for residents and guests, the key will be in the house. Other things to note - Main Suite with Private Bathroom: Super King Size Double Bed - Suite 2 with private bathroom: Super King Size Double Bed - Room number 3: Super King Size Double Bed - Bedroom number 4: 2 single beds with 1 double bed. Room numbers 3 and 4 share the same bathroom. Depending on the number of nights, we have a cleaning service included every 2 days.
