The Space

Villa Sebastian is an exclusive multi-level beach villa with breathtaking ocean views from almost every room. It is located in the luxurious neighborhood of Pedregal in downtown Cabo San Lucas, across the street from the marina and within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, resorts, nightclubs, supermarkets, and water activities. Customize your experience at Villa Sebastian with a personalized gourmet in-villa dinner prepared by a professional chef or reserve a relaxing in-villa spa treatment. For extra convenience, our team can stock your selection of groceries and beverages before your arrival.

Chef Service Options

1. Option 1: After selecting a menu, the chef will do the grocery shopping and cook for you. At the end of service, you will reimburse the grocery bill plus a 20% delivery and service fee:

   • Breakfast: $100 USD for up to 10 guests
   • Lunch: $120 USD for up to 10 guests
   • Dinner: $120 USD for up to 10 guests
   • Full day (3 meals): $280 USD for up to 10 guests

2. Option 2: All-inclusive prefixed menu (service and groceries included):

   • Breakfast from $26 USD per person
   • Lunch from $33 USD per person
   • Dinner from $48 USD per person

Transportation

• Private airport transportation available upon request (additional rate). If you are not renting a car (recommended), private transportation is the best way to make your arrival stress-free. They will have a sign with your name and will be at the exit door waiting for you. A cold bottle of water or beer will be provided, and you can request a stop at Costco or Walmart. Cost: $110 USD each way for up to 10 guests.

More Amenities

• The Courtside Café: Open November through May, Monday to Saturday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, located at the Tennis Courts. The café accepts pesos and US dollars.

• Tennis and Pickleball Club: Open all year long, Monday to Saturday from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM, located at the Tennis Courts. Reservations can be made at the tennis court (maximum of 2 reservations at a time).

• Sport Court Beach Park: Open all year long, Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM until dark, located by the Pedregal Beach entrance. Activities include pickleball, bocce, basketball, and soccer.

• The Organic Market: Open November through June, Wednesday and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, located just outside the back Pedregal Security gate (Camino del Colegio Gate). The market accepts pesos and US dollars.

Please note: Parties are not allowed, as Pedregal is a residential neighborhood. Security is strict on their noise policy, and high-volume music is not permitted at any time. Quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM will be strictly enforced. After the first warning, if security is called again, you may be fined up to $1,000 USD, which you will be responsible for paying.
