Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo, the Paraiso Residences Terraces with panoramic views of the Marina, and the fitness center located in the tower.

Other Things to Note

• Night Noise: Being in the heart of Cabo, occasional nightlife noise is expected.
• Jacuzzi: Fully private and maintained before each stay.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Lost Keys: A $20 USD replacement fee applies.
• Vendors: External vendors are not allowed; please contact our Ronival Concierge for trusted service recommendations.
• Monthly Stays: Accepted (refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may apply).
• Community Access: Guests must present ID and sign the community rules upon arrival.

Please note that Puerto Paraíso is carrying out renovations on the second level. Construction work such as removal, demolition, and masonry will take place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Additionally, some cleaning and debris hauling may occur at night, with the team taking care to avoid noise that could be disturbing.
