The Space

Welcome to Casa del Arco. Our environmentally sensitive and luxurious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home was built in 2021 by renowned Baja Sur design and build team Ricardo Arteaga and Sam Galina. With attention to craft, the house feels soothing and invigorating. It is immersed in the desert, nestled between the Sierra Laguna mountains and the soft Pacific coastline. Please note that this home is currently for sale.

Each room is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, plus a half-bath in the living space, all featuring a spa-like feel. The house is a six-minute walk to the beach via a desert path. Swim day and night in the property’s heated saltwater pool. When the sun sets and the chilly ocean breeze wafts over the desert lands, enjoy warm relaxation in the soothing spa tub while gazing at a million stars.

The water in Todos Santos comes from the stunning mountain biosphere in the peninsula's center. A house filtration system further refines the water, making it potable from all faucets. Watch the sun sizzle into the ocean each evening from the rooftop lounge area. Although we prefer to open the windows and let nature keep things cool with the concrete of the home, each room also offers air conditioning. The cloud-like beds are adorned with soft-washed linens and cozy comforters. A private chef can be arranged upon request. Our beloved house manager, Amy, is always available to help you with anything you might need.
