The Space

Enjoy your vacation in this beautiful newly remodeled condominium. This condo can accommodate up to six guests, featuring:

• A king bed in the master bedroom
• A queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom
• A single rollaway bed

There are two full bathrooms equipped with all the amenities, including hair dryers.

The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all your cooking needs, including a dishwasher. A UV water filter supplies water to the refrigerator for cold drinking water and ice. For your convenience, there is also a 5-gallon purified water dispenser for hot and cold water.

Dine at the large granite dining table that seats six, or barbecue your catch of the day on the spacious patio while enjoying the beautiful view of the courtyard and pool. Quiet air conditioning in each room keeps you cool during warm nights.

For entertainment, a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV is provided with hundreds of channels to choose from (USA, Canadian, and Mexican). Both bedrooms feature 40-inch flat-screen Smart TVs, and Netflix is provided free of charge on all TVs. This condo has its own dedicated fiber optic internet service (300 Mbps) and phone service with free local and international calling. Additionally, there is a Bluetooth radio and CD player.

This condo is located on the third floor of the building, with two elevators for easy access. A wheelchair ramp is available at the entrance of the building on the poolside.

Location

The condominium is located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, just one block from the famous Medano Beach. It is a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the marina.

Nearby attractions include:

• Medano Beach, known for its swimming and water sports
• The famous Cabo Arch and Lovers Beach, accessible by water taxi
• The center of town and the marina, known for some of the best sports fishing in the world

Conveniently located are two supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all within a two-minute walk from Marina Sol.

Tres Amigas Cantina is our poolside restaurant and bar, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner at reasonable prices. If you catch some fish, they will happily cook it for you in any style you request.

Marina Sol features five buildings situated in a square, with a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers, and palm trees in the middle. Enjoy one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, relax at the swim-up bar, or unwind in the large Jacuzzi.

The courtyard also includes a games room with a pool table, table tennis, and two TVs. If you are driving, there is off-road parking available at Marina Sol.
