Rancho Santana is Nicaragua’s premier residential resort community, offering numerous amenities such as:

A resort fee of $15 per person per day applies to all guests over the age of eight who do not rent through the rental management program. This fee is separate from the condo fee and is paid directly to Rancho Santana.

Electricity

To encourage responsible electric usage, a charge for electricity applies to rentals of four days or more. A meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out. The cost will be calculated based on usage at the same rate the utility company charges, typically ranging from $10 to $15 per night for responsible usage. Careless usage can result in charges of $20 to $50 per day.

Despite the resort fee and electricity charge, you will find that our condo remains more affordable than other similar properties in Rancho Santana.

Other Things to Note

We can assist you in arranging affordable airport transfers with a stop for supplies, as well as fishing trips and other day excursions. You will have access to all the amenities mentioned above, with the resort fee applicable for guests over the age of eight.
