Amenities and Notes
Please be aware that due to construction of the new coastal road, the electricity company is relocating power poles, which has caused frequent power outages. To mitigate this:
- Battery backup is installed on the routers to maintain uninterrupted internet service.
- A generator is available; however, air conditioning does not operate when running on generator power.
- The generator must be turned off by 8 p.m.

We could not be more happy with the house, location, beauty, and easy access to everything around this wonderful Air BnB. Emeline and her team were super helpful as well as extremely proactive to help us out when a storm came in. Not only did she warn us about possibly not being able to make our flight but was super generous and helpful to gettimg us back home safely.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La maison était spacieuse et bien située. 10 min de marche pour surfer à Beginners bay et près des resto et hôtels avec piscines. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les recommandations des hôtes. Longue vie à Salty Saul! 🤙🏼

We had a great family vacation week. Popoyo is a quiet little beach village. Good location for us. We had a very good service from the cleaning woman, very helpful. Te house was clean and had everything needed. We will come back. Thanks!

Maison en bord de plage très agréable, confortable et bien équipée, tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Situation idéale entre deux spots de surf. Emeline est sympa et très réactive et Carolina aux petits soins! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Emeline's place was perfect! It's right on the beach just on the edge of town. If you have the opportunity to hire Adonis as your driver, I highly recommend him! He's very friendly and accommodating. He was very patient and helpful with my limited Spanish speaking skills, too! I really can't imagine a better Nicaraguan tour guide.

The host was great thank you Carolina great person took care of all are needs. The only draw back not many places to eat out at night. Safety at night was good. Would recommend the place.

This is an amazing home right on Playa Santana. It is the perfect beach get-a-way. The home is clean and very comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The kitchen has many pots and pans and dishware but the house is also walking distance to any of the restaurants on the beach.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at salty surf. Emeline checked in with us and was always available if we needed. Our place was kept clean. The location is perfect and cozy. We will hopefully be back. Thank you so much.
