Welcome to our two-floor villa located in the town of San Juan del Sur. Designed with both comfort and luxury in mind, our villa is perfect for families or groups. Nestled within the exclusive Villas de Palermo, guests have access to a delightful on-site restaurant and bar, as well as a refreshing pool area.

  • A versatile sofa bed that accommodates an additional two guests
  • A private balcony for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails with serene views
  • A well-appointed full bathroom

• The main floor includes:

  • A spacious living room with reclining sofas, ideal for relaxing evenings or game nights
  • A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for meal preparation
  • An additional bedroom with two queen beds and ample closet space
  • A television for private viewing

Step outside to the terrace to enjoy a barbecue or simply relax on the bench while taking in the breathtaking vistas of San Juan del Sur. Our villa provides the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure, offering a private retreat with easy access to the vibrant activities and beauty of the area.

Location

Our villa is located in Villas de Palermo, just a 7-minute drive from the lively center of San Juan del Sur. Enjoy clean, safe streets that are great for relaxing walks or refreshing jogs.

• Three beds accommodating up to six guests, plus a sofa bed for two

Other Things to Note

1. The restaurant/bar and pool are shared with other guests.
2. You can order food and drinks from the restaurant directly to the villa.
3. The keys to the villa will be provided at the reception, where the restaurant is located. If you’d like to avoid contact, please let me know in advance, and I will ensure the keys are at the guard's entrance for a quicker check-in.
4. Please note you have a 30 kWh per day electrical allowance. We will charge you $0.50 for each kWh over this limit. All meter readings will be shared with you. For longer stays (one month or more), we will cover your electricity and provide weekly cleaning.
