The Space
Vimanas Surf House is located in Playa Cocles, a quiet and safe residential area in the southern Caribbean region of Costa Rica. The house was constructed using environmentally friendly materials and features decorations by Eva Glass Art, including lamps and carpets. Situated in the jungle at 900 meters above sea level, the property is surrounded by wildlife such as hummingbirds, dragonflies, butterflies, sloths, Congo monkeys, green limpets, and iguanas.
The property includes a three-story tower, a cabin, and a prefab unit. The owners live in the main house at the entrance and are available to assist guests 24/7.
The rustic and bohemian apartment is located on the ground floor and has two separate entrances: a main door and a back door that opens to the garden. The kitchen is outdoors, positioned in front of the pool. The apartment offers:

Guest Access
Guests can access Vimanas Surf House via two streets: Bertó Street and Olé Caribe Street, both leading to Calle de Lastre where the property is situated. Nearby amenities include restaurants, supermarkets, and a bakery.
The property provides free parking inside, which is covered and monitored by video surveillance and lighting.

Javier and his wife were wonderful hosts. His wife welcomed us with freshly laid eggs from her chicken coop and the place was just what we needed to spend some days in the Caribbean. Would definitely recommend staying here. :)

Es un buen lugar, no está tan cerca de la playa, pero está rodeado de muy buena vegetación, se siente como en la montaña.

Die Wohnung ist einfach gestaltet, der Außenbereich mit Außenküche, gemütlicher Sitzecke und kleines Schwimmbad fantastisch ! Wir haben Morgens und Abends unheimlich gerne dort gesessen, mit Kaffee oder Wein. Von der Unterkunft aus, kann man problemlos zu Fuß zum Strand gehen. Sie liegt nahe genug an Puerto Viejo, so dass man zu Fuß (Wald- und Strandweg) oder einfach mit dem Tuktuk dort gelangen kann. Außerdem ist Javier ein sehr netter und großzügiger Gastgeber. Jeder Zeit wieder!wieder!

Un lugar lleno de naturaleza, muy tranquilo, los anfitriones son excelentes personas, muy bondadosos, amables y serviciales, al momento de la entrada nos recibieron como en casa y hasta nos regalaron aguacates y huevos.
