Better than a 5 star resort. Amazing property. Service was excellent. The team was prompt. We were provided with two vans and drivers. The chef was amazing. He made us food from multiple cuisines. It is a bargain for large groups.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Federico's place. The staff and accommodations were above and beyond any expectations. We felt very taken care and are extremely grateful for all they did to help us have one of the best vacations ever! The food was incredible, and they were able to accommodate any dietary restrictions in our party. Federico and his team always replied immediately with any questions we had and provided some of the best service I have ever had! I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a private, beautiful stay in Mexico. They took such good care of us and our family! Thank you so much for all that you did!

Federico is an incredible host and his staff is top notch. The food was delicious. We firmly believe that the pictures of the house and the description of the staff and service don’t do it justice. We recommend the house for families that are accustomed to very luxurious villa rentals.

This house is immaculate and very well-designed. Came with plenty of staff that was unbelievably helpful and courteous. The chefs also did a fantastic job! I think we’re all going home 10 pounds heavier. We’ve stayed at other homes in the same neighborhood over the years, and this one was definitely the best. Right on the ocean, with a lovely pool and plenty of room for the whole family. Two ocean front master bedrooms are fantastic, and grandkids loved the bunk room. I highly recommend this property - by far our family’s favorite in Cabo.

If you are looking for an unforgettable weekend getaway in Los Cabos, this is the place for you! Our group was welcomed at this location with a full staff who served us breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (All first class, especially the soups!) Between meals you can expect a beverage of your choice served poolside. The view of the ocean, house accommodations, and location were all 10/10. This is a perfect get away for a large family or two families who want to split a house. Federico is the owner of the home who is responsive, friendly, and makes sure the house is in great order before you arrive. There are fantastic and challenging golf courses surrounding the home along with fine dining if you are interested. Everything you need is a 5 -10 minute drive away, and the staff will transport you when needed... I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a first-class experience.

WOW, we cannot wait to return back to this incredible home and staff. Frederico, Victor, Elsa and the whole team at Residencia 6 were the most incredible hosts and took care of everything. The property itself is stunning, comfortable and spacious… (each bedroom with its own huge bathroom and outdoor showers, fire pits, jacuzzi and pool) but the team helping make meals, take care of you and help with anything really brought the experience to a whole new level. We look forward to making this an annul tradition. Cannot say thank you enough - this was beyond our expectations and we miss it already!!!
