This wonderful two-bedroom second-floor apartment can host up to 4 persons and is located in a tranquil and safe area in Cocles. The beach can be reached in under 5 walking-minutes. The house is build for the needs of tropical climate. High ceilings, no Windows, beautiful wood. There is no need for A/C. We also would not like to have A/C for several reasons: it's terrible for our climate, the noise pollution, Mosquito nets instead of windows. If this resonates with you, then we match! 🫶 The space The house is located in a quiet area, at the end of a small gravel road and only 300m from the beautiful Cocles beach. 4 people can be comfortably accommodated in the apartment. On the large terrace you can watch birds and butterflies or even a sloth, iguana or monkeys. Relax in the hammock and enjoy Life. "Pura Vida!" The first floor is rented longterm to tenants. They have a small dog. Guest access Shower and beach towels, bed linen, fully equipped kitchen including kitchen linen, wireless internet access are included. Access to washing machine and dryer by arrangement. A cot can be provided upon request. Other things to note Please note Between Christmas, New Year and Easter week, the minimum stay is 4 nights. During this times is absolute Peak Season. Costarican and foreign tourists visit in large number our Caribbean coast. This can lead to increased noise pollution!

A Bohemian heaven! I couldn't stop dreaming about what it would be like to live there! So close to the beach yet far enough from the bustle! Waking up to the nature every morning was absolutely exquisite! Will definitely stay again!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van het huis en de plek! Het huis is heel comfortabel ingericht en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig (en meer). Uitgebreid gebruik gemaakt van de compleet toegeruste keuken. ‘s ochtends heerlijk yoga op het dek en een boekje lezen in de hangmat. Het strand tegenover en een dagje hangen en snacken bij Gigi’s waren ook genieten. Verder gesnorkeld (Cahuita) en gekanood bij Punta Uva. Vooral het snorkelen bij het koraal vonden wij fantastisch! Sommige nachten waren best wel warm en vochtig en de ene blower was krachtiger dan de andere. Maar hier hadden we rekening mee gehouden, gezien de omschrijving. Het was bij uitstek ons fijnste verblijf en waren een beetje sip bij het vertrek. Een echte parel :)

Wir waren sechs Tage in Nadjas Wohnung. Es war alles so wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Mitten in der Natur, aber trotzdem geschützt. Wir haben selbst dort viele Tiere gesehen. Anfangs hatten wir ein Auto, aber es war auch ohne ok

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. The location is just perfect. Easy walking distance to all the amenities and attractions. Beautiful decor and well maintained. My favourite place was sitting on the terrace and watching all the different wildlife. This was my first time in Costa Rica and I loved it. Thank you

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt mitten im Grünen mit toller Aussicht in die Natur. Die Faultier und Affen konnten wir von der Terasse aus beobachten. Es ist ruhig, sicher und alle Ziele in Puerto Viejo sind gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt, sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei Fragen gibt es auch eine sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die schöne Terasse und die praktische Küche. Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt, es war wie nach Hause kommen. Wir können die Unterkunft für einen schönen Aufenthalt in Puerto Viejo nur empfehlen und werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen. The wood that they use for this house it’s beautiful. The host is very respectful and responsive. We have an issue with the water and the host was available to help with it. The apartment (the second floor) it’s well distributed and the air flows around all the place. Overall it was a good experience.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, está muy bien diseñado, cuidado y equipado. La comunicación con Nadja y su ayuda para que nuestra estadía en su casa fuera lo más cómoda, fue inmejorable.
