Gardener's Reward is a luxurious five-bedroom beachfront home located in Nicaragua, perfectly situated on a beautiful stretch of beach. The property offers stunning ocean views from all angles and provides a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind.

Inside, the home is spacious, featuring high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The bedrooms are generously sized with comfortable beds and ample storage. The main living area is bright and airy, with large windows that showcase magnificent ocean vistas.

There is also an outdoor terrace, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying the sunset. The villa boasts a beautiful pool and garden, ideal for relaxing poolside or taking a leisurely stroll around the grounds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring comfort during the summer heat or cozy winter months.

House Rules

• No parties or events
• No smoking inside the villa
• No pets allowed
• Do not jump from the balcony
• Guest limit is six people; each additional guest incurs a fee
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM
• Report any damage

Pets

• No unapproved pets are allowed.
• If you bring an unapproved pet, there is a minimum fine of $250.
• Contact us for approval if you would like to bring your pet.
