Alfredo was a great host, my wife and I had some health issues that affected our stay and Alfredo stepped up and resolved our issues and we are very grateful for his professionalism and understanding. it's easy to give someone a review from a wonderful stay but it's even more important to give a review when the host has handled a an unavoidable cancellation and he steps up and does the right thing very grateful for this man highly recommend staying at his villa he is honest and a good man. Thank you Alfredo!!!

Overall, our stay was ok. We were a group of 7 adults and occupied all rooms. Unfortunately there were a few maintenance issues with the building, no hot water, one of the bedroom A/C's didn't work BUT we still enjoyed our stay as the location was excellent! We were caught in a hurricane during our stay and the first floor flooded. There are a few structural issues with the home but Alfredo was quick to get to the property when it was safe to do so. Beach towels were provided which was great! The security staff at the gate area are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Stayed with my family (group of 5) for a week and we had the best time! Super quiet area, great views, felt safe, spacious, plenty of seating, mostly clean upon arrival, super helpful hosts. Upkeep of the house is not the greatest, you can tell that the house has wear and tear however above local standards. I agree with other recent reviews. Overall pleasant stay!

This home was the perfect vacation home for my big family! Wonderful hosts and amazing home and location. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Cancun!

Very nice home. Safe & private location. Host was always quick to respond to any questions. Only true complaint was the stove was not working and some of the things were dated so not exactly as it looked in the pictures.
