Unapproved pets are not allowed. If you bring an unapproved pet, there is a minimum fine of $250. Contact us for approval if you would like to bring your pet.

Maid Service

Our team ensures you feel at home while on vacation. Our maid, Juanita, comes daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to keep the house clean. She can assist with basic cooking tasks. The groundskeeper is on and off the property, typically from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Security

A security team is on-site during nighttime. We recommend closing all doors and windows at night or when not at home. Hacienda Iguana is a safe, family-owned community.
