The stay was fine; perhaps the downside was that the bathrooms smelled a bit bad when we arrived, and water would leak from the sink in the main room when you turned it on.

Our stay here was great! It was clean and as depicted. We cooked some meals here and it had everything we needed. The pool was nice and within a minute walk from the back door. Out the front door it was super close to Little Lucha and not far to downtown and the beach!

Very welcoming and responsive hosts, great place especially for the price. It is a bit further away from the center and the road to it is not pristine but still not too off-road. Still, it is a 10 min walk from the center of Tamarindo. Very convenient.

Good location, close to the main avenue, supermarket, bars, restaurants and other businesses
The pool is very nice.
The place for the car, the bathrooms, the kitchen, all 10 points

We just left Los Suenos I after a six day stay and it was exactly what many others have shared - clean, quiet and perfectly situated to walk the main area of Tamarindo. Would not hesitate to return or recommend. If you are contemplating this place, just book it !

This place was great! The only negative feedback I have is the furniture wasn’t very comfortable and the location was kind of tough to find. It seems like it’s not specific to this Airbnb though; it seems like there aren’t specific addresses in the province we were in. Otherwise, the location was amazing, amenities were great, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Condo was an easy walk to the beach. Pool was not real inviting as the wind had blown a fair bit of leaves and debris into it but that wasn’t a big deal since we were after the beach ! Beds were decent and the ac worked great. Parked our car in the gated driveway and walked everywhere in Tamarindo that we needed to. Stayed with our two kids.

We stayed 5 weeks at this location, very clean, comfortable beds, nice salt water pool. Bathrooms and bedrooms are on the 2nd floor which was not a problem for us.
In proximity to everything while maintaining a nice quiet environment. 10 minute walk to the town, restaurants and 10 minute walk to the beach.
Outer Reef were very accommodating and easy to deal with.

Our family of 5 had an excellent stay at this property. The host provides outstanding service. We had a minor issue with a sink, and he arranged immediately with the maintenance staff and solved everything very quickly.
The place is very quiet and safe, just 5 minutes from downtown with many restaurants to choose from. The beach is nearby and easily walkable. All services are accessible. It definitely deserves 5 stars! Don't hesitate to book! I can't wait to return and will definitely stay here on my next visit!
