The Space

Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by a private entrance that leads through the Granite Grotto, where a private spa awaits. The sparkling blue water of the Sea of Cortez is complemented by the neutral décor. The unit is stylized to honor local Mexican artisans and satisfy even the most discerning traveler.

The open concept allows for ease of entertaining and socializing. The kitchen is spacious and features a granite peninsula that seats up to six guests. All stainless steel appliances are included, along with a small appliance trio of coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is everything you need to prepare meals at home if you choose (groceries not included unless arranged prior to arrival).

The dining area offers a beautiful space for eating or entertaining up to six guests, inviting you to appreciate the warm tones of the Parota wood table and comfortable chairs. The living room is styled to pay homage to the beautiful colors of the desert, mountains, and the stunning Sea of Cortez. From the custom-built sofa and two occasional chairs, your views are mesmerizing. The space is anchored by a custom-made marble coffee table crafted in Mexico and is complete with a 55-inch curved TV for maximum viewing.

The two master suites, each with ensuite bathrooms, feature king beds with luxury bedding and flat-screen Smart TVs with all U.S. channel services. Wake up to the amazing Cabo sunrises from the master bedroom, which boasts incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. The second master bedroom has direct private access to the grotto, where a lovely private jacuzzi awaits. Each room has ample built-in closet space for all of your belongings, making it your home away from home. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are provided throughout.

Security features include "lock and leave" hurricane protection. There is a laptop-friendly private workspace with fast, reliable internet. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet deposit. Maid service is offered mid-week for each stay of five days or more.

The terrace has ample space to relax and unwind. Enjoy the cushioned recliners, loveseat, or chaise loungers for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The sparkling twinkling night lights of downtown are captivating, resembling dancing diamonds in every direction. You can gaze at the evening dinner cruises setting sail or the pirate ships giving tours from your own private terrace. It is a real treat when cruise ships dock overnight, as they are absolutely gorgeous when lit up.
