This spacious four-bedroom penthouse condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, is just one block from the famous Medano Beach and a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the marina. It can accommodate up to ten guests, featuring:

• King bed in the master bedroom
• Queen bed in the second bedroom
• King bed in the third bedroom
• Two twin beds in the fourth bedroom
• Two twin beds in the loft

There are three full bathrooms, each equipped with a hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy all your cooking needs. You can enjoy meals indoors at the large dining table or barbecue your catch of the day on the spacious patio while taking in the beautiful views of Cabo San Lucas, the courtyard, and the pool. Alternatively, dine at the poolside 'Tres Amigas Cantina' Restaurant & Bar, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner at reasonable prices.

Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room keep you cool during warm summer nights. For entertainment, flat-screen smart TVs are provided in the living room and all bedrooms, with Netflix available free of charge on all TVs. The condo also has its own dedicated fiber optic internet service (60 Mbps) and phone service with free local and international calling.

Accessibility

The condo is located on the seventh floor of the building, with two elevators for easy access. There is also a wheelchair ramp leading up to the entrance of the building on the poolside.

Location

A two-minute walk will take you to the golden sands of Medano Beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo, featuring wonderful restaurants and various water sports. You can take a water taxi with your family to see the famous Cabo Arch and Lovers Beach.

Another five-minute walk will lead you to the center of town and the marina, where Cabo San Lucas offers some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located nearby are two supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all within a two-minute walk.

Community Features

Marina Sol consists of five buildings, surrounded by a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers, and palm trees. It features one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun. If you need refreshments, you can visit the swim-up bar or unwind in the large jacuzzi. The courtyard also includes a games room with a pool table, table tennis, and two TVs.
