TwoTen° Surf Home is your home away from home, located just 20 meters from the beach and a short walk to Popoyo’s famous surf break. This beachside property combines modern comforts with the raw beauty of Nicaragua’s Pacific coast.

Surfing and Activities

Popoyo is a surf haven, offering consistent breaks for all levels—from mellow beginner waves to world-class barrels. Beyond surfing, the area is rich in natural beauty, featuring:

• Activities such as yoga, beach tennis, volleyball, and live music

Guest Access

In your own bungalow, you will have everything you need, including:

• A desk
• Kitchen table
• Sofa
• Board racks
• Yoga mat
• Fans
• Bathroom

You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The communal garden space provides an area to sunbathe or stretch, and there is an outdoor shower for your convenience after returning from the beach. Free parking within the property is available, and guests will have access to the beach through a very short pathway.

Across the road from TwoTen’s main entrance, there is a small market/convenience store. Within walking distance, you will find many restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including Thai food, burgers, vegetarian options, pizza, and Nicaraguan dishes.

Other Things to Note

Playa Guasacate is a rustic, uncrowded beach town that attracts visitors from around the world. It remains underdeveloped, allowing you to experience the authentic Nicaraguan lifestyle.

• ATM: There is no ATM machine within walking distance; however, a short ride away, you can find one. We recommend stopping on your way to Guasacate with the taxi. Both USD and Cordobas are accepted everywhere.

• Groceries: A small market in front of TwoTen has most items you would need, and there are daily produce trucks with options to order fresh eggs and meat. For longer-term stays, we recommend stopping at a larger grocery store. If you organize a taxi with us, stops at the ATM and grocery store are included at no additional charge. You can visit Maxi Pali or La Colonia in Rivas, Masaya, or Managua.

• Cleaning and Laundry: We clean your room twice a week, and there is a laundry service available nearby.

• Water: We provide drinking water and do not recommend drinking from the tap, although it is safe for brushing teeth and boiling.
