Casa Serendipity is a modern tropical house designed for relaxation and sophistication. It features open and integrated spaces, making it a perfect place to enjoy with family and friends.

• 4 en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with air-conditioning and television

The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the bathrooms in the suites feature unique garden views. A large covered balcony invites interaction with family and friends.

Location

Casa Serendipity is located in the exclusive Hacienda Pinilla community, within Residencial Las Brisas in Tamarindo. Guests have exclusive access to the following:

• The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club, which includes swimming pools and restaurants (access is subject to availability, requires advance reservation, and incurs an additional fee)
• Beautiful beaches such as Little Hawaii, Mansita, and Langosta

Amenities

• Swimming pool and spa for exclusive guest use
• Cleaning service included, occurring on alternate days (two or three times a week, depending on the length of stay)
• Option for additional cleaning, cooking, or breakfast services upon request after booking
• Room #4 can accommodate two people with the option of two single beds or one king-size bed, based on guest preference

A local collaborator is available to assist with check-in, recommend activities, and provide support for any unforeseen events. The newly added barbecue space next to the garden and swimming pool is a favorite feature of the house.
